We also provide expert opinions with regard to genuine Fair Market Value of Properties for purpose of Income Tax, Wealth Tax, Capital Gain Tax, Sales Tax, VAT etc., levied by the Central and the State Governmen. We also design and provide specific valuation solutions in respect of sale/purchase, mortgage & current value of immovable properties for requirements of registration and market related needs.

We have been providing full range of valuation services in respect of movable/immovable properties to various Banks, Non-banking Financial Organizations, Central/State Government, Trade Business and Industry since 1991. We are empanelled as valuer for SBI and their Associate Banks and Nationalized Banks. We also value property for purpose of General Insurance Companies, Income-Tax, Wealth-Tax, Capital Gain, Sales Tax etc. We are recognized as Approved Valuer by Cheif Commissioner, MP and CG under Department of Revenue Affairs, Ministry of Finance, Goverment of India, Bhopal (M.P.). Apart from executing institutional assignment, we also cater to individual needs of our customers to arrive at correct and proper price to take vital decisions with regard to sale / purchase of immovables.

Our valuation services with regard to valuation of whole business premises of industries carry a high level of creditability and professionalism and are very helpful to industry to make vital move in the present and the future.
